Pre-season training

Hope everyone has had a safe and enjoyable holiday!

For those who are keen, we will be running free-play sessions for all weapons every Tuesday night at the Fraser Park clubrooms from 7.00pm till 8.30pm. This will give you the chance to ease yourself back in fencing after the break, have some fun, and get ready for the 2018 season.

Hope to see as many of you there as possible next week!

End of Year Feedback

In order to ensure that the committee can continue to provide the best possible fencing experience to all club members, please take two or three minutes to fill out this survey. This will provide us with a strong idea of what areas of the club need the most improvement, and gives you the opportunity to share your thoughts.

*** Link to survey ***

This is primarily directed towards fencers at HVFC, but we also welcome feedback from all others involved with the club, including parents and volunteers. Younger fencers may want to complete the survey with a parent.

All submissions are completely anonymous. Your honest feedback is greatly appreciated, and will go a long way to ensuring a successful future for the club.

Baby Cham Competition

The 2017 Baby Cham competition is coming up soon. We have confirmed the date and venue as Sunday 12th November, at Chilton St James School, Lower Hutt. Entries are due by 11th November. Sorry about the late notice.

This competition is a great way for our under 13, under 11, and under 9 fencers to wrap up the year of fencing, and have a bit of fun with fencers from their own club and others from the region. The more people that register, the better the event will be, so make sure to get in soon!
