Fencing Central invites you to attend the Fencing Central Under 9, Under 11 and Under 13 #1 on Sunday, 29th March 2026.

Venue: WSC Club Rooms, 2 Tanera Crescent, Brooklyn, Wellington
Entries Due: Friday 27th March. Late entries accepted at the discretion of the tournament organiser.
Eligibility: Based on age at January 1st 2026. See Entry Form.

Format

Open

This is an individual competition with a round of pools followed by a direct elimination.

Venue

Main gym, Victoria University Recreation Centre, Kelburn Parade, Wellington

Gear Requirements

Whites are to be a minimum of 350N with 800N plastron. Blades are to be FIE, or S2000 or higher in the case of sabre blades. Clear visors will not be accepted and lame bibs are required for foil. For more information, check www.fencing.org.nz under Information/Presidents Corner, Gear Requirements.
