Hutt Valley Fencing Club is a not-for-profit organisation and incorporated society, run by a committee of volunteers, a professional coach, and a team of junior volunteer coaches, who are all dedicated to the sport. We are affiliated through Fencing Central to Fencing New Zealand, the body responsible for all fencing in New Zealand.
Hutt Valley Fencing Club fencers compete regularly in local, national, and international competitions. Each year we have a number of young fencers travel to competitions in Australia. Great fun and experience.
We can provide new fencers with access to club gear until you purchase your own.
You’re welcome to come along for a free tryout.
