There may be a food stall during the tournament for people to purchase food and drink.

• Under 11’s must have Size 0 or 1 Foils/Epees
• Under 13’s must have Size 2 or 3 Foils/Epees
• 350N Plastrons
• 350N Fencing Jacket

• Breeches for Epee with long socks / Track pants for foils
• 350N Masks (with bib for foil)
• Head wires (for foil) & Safety strap

Please note that there is no training tonight, Wednesday the 28th of October as St Bernards are using their gym. Class will resume as normal on Thursday the 29th of October.

Wellington South Fencing Club and Fencing Central invite you to attend the Central Secondary School Novice #1 Competition 2020 on November 1st.

This event is open to any fencer who is in year 7 to 13 at school and has less than a total two years (24 months) experience in fencing.

Tournament Dinner

A social tournament dinner will be held on the evening of Sunday 25th October at Tote and Furnace Bistro in Trentham from 6:00pm onwards. Please register your interest in attending the tournament dinner within your tournament entry.

Over the weekend, eight of our Under 11s and Under 13s competed in the Central Under 11 & 13 competition. Our results were very impressive especially with a number of our competitors starting fencing this term.

We would all like to pass on a congratulations from the club to all of those who competed and hope to see you all competing at our Baby Cham competition later next term.
