No Training on Waitangi Day – 6th of February
Due to Waitangi taking place this Monday, 6th of February, our regular training at Chilton St James will not be taking place. Classes will resume as normal from Wednesday the 8th of February.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding this change to our regular training schedule, please reach out to us.
Trefoil 2023
Entries for Trefoil Competition 2023 are now open for Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th of February
Trefoil is a ranked event in 2023.

Welcome Back to Hutt Valley Fencing Club 2023
For those who have been fencing with us for a while or are new to the club, it is time to re-register with us for 2023.
Please note the changes to the fee structure for this year. All term memberships have increased by $10 this year and annual memberships have increased by $40 this year.
Just as a reminder, we have a number of changes regarding venues and times this term. Please check out the website for more details if you haven’t already.
Remember to check out where and when fencing takes place this term as session times and locations have changed.
In House Competition – 10th of December 2022
We are pleased to announce that Hutt Valley Fencing Club will be running an In House Foil competition on the 10th of December. This will take place instead of our normal Saturday morning training.
There is no additional charge to compete in this competition. We will be running from St Bernard’s at the end of Anderson Grove as Normal as well. Please take of the note of the timetable below:
9.00am – 9.30am – Warm up and registration
9.30am- 12.00pm – Fencing commences
12.00pm – 12.30pm – Prize giving
12.30pm – 1.00pm – Kit down/Pack down
